Broken Barrel Food & Drink Co. has been around for more than 5 years but we rebranded for the Lavoy General Store partnership. Our goal remains the same; taking everyday dishes and giving them that little extra something through honest craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of prairie creativity.
From dry rubs that bite back to drink infusions steeped in saloon lore, our shelves are stocked for settlers, stirrers, and supper-makers alike. Whether you’re rustlin’ up trail stew or settin’ the table for Sunday supper, every blend has been crafted with grit, heart, and a dash of frontier mischief.
Quality and the craftsmanship of our products are as equally as important as the amazing flavours. Every product is made 100% in house including dehydrating the fruit.
We don't like to waste a single piece of that precious fruit. Fruit slices that don't dehydrate in the way we like are either ground up for fruit powders for our recipes or they are used in Lavoy General Store's Simmer Kit pouches.
