Broken Barrel ships across Alberta and throughout Canada, sending every order out from our prairie outpost within 2–4 business days. Once your package hits the trail, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

 

If something arrives banged up, just send us photos and your order number and we’ll make it right, no fuss. Local pickup is available during store hours and we’ll notify you the moment your order is ready. If you need to update your shipping address before your order rides out, reach out and we’ll point it in the right direction.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products like ranchers stand behind their brand; all the way, no wavering. Take 30 days to put anything we make through its paces. If it doesn’t earn its keep, send it back and we’ll refund you in full or swap it out, so long as the jar rides home to us still reasonably (more than half) filled. Out here, we believe in fairness, good faith, and owning our word...every single time. Please reach out to our care team to discuss your return.

Customer Responsibility

​Unclaimed packages or orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout fall on the buyer, not the outfit here at Broken Barrel. If your order rode out under a free‑shipping promotion, any shipping costs we’re charged to wrangle that package back or send it out again, will be deducted from your refund. It keeps things fair on the trail for everyone.
