The Posse
The Lavoy General Store Posse is the crew that keeps this little outpost running smooth. The friendly faces who know your favourites, swap a story or two, and make sure every visit feels like coming home. They’re the boots‑on‑the‑ground folks who stock the shelves, share the laughs, and welcome every neighbour, traveller, and curious wanderer who steps through the door.

The Marshal stands at the top of our frontier hierarchy, guiding the brand with equal parts vision and vigilance. Much like the town marshals who kept order on the open prairie, this role keeps every department working in harmony while protecting the standards that define our heritage. The Marshal charts the trail for long‑term growth, oversees daily operations to keep the outpost running smooth, and upholds the quality, consistency, and storytelling that make our brand unmistakably Western.

The Sheriff is the Marshal’s trusted right hand, keeping the day‑to‑day running steady and the brand’s standards sharp across our little frontier. Much like a town sheriff who balanced authority with approachability, this role bridges big‑picture leadership with on‑the‑ground action. The Sheriff oversees Broken Barrel Food & Drink Co., supports staff and scheduling, guides the Ranch Hands, upholds a fair and gritty customer experience, and stands as a visible leader in community events and partnerships.

The Trail Boss leads the front lines of the store, setting the daily pace just like the prairie bosses who guided long drives across open country. This role keeps customer service sharp, sales steady, and the floor running smooth, ensuring every guest feels welcomed into our Western‑rooted outpost. From guiding the Ranch Hands to keeping the store looking its best and handling concerns with fairness and grit, the Trail Boss anchors the entire customer experience with true frontier flair.

The Wagon Master is our guide on the modern digital frontier; steering LGS’ online presence, product development, and customer experience with the same steady hand that once led prairie caravans. This remote role keeps our shelves stocked, our stories strong, and our digital storefront welcoming, all while working closely with The Marshal and Sheriff to keep the whole wagon train moving in the right direction.

The Wrangler is the rookie hand on the frontier. A junior assistant who brings energy, curiosity, and genuine charm to the LGS crew. As part of our family‑run operation, this role ensures every member of the wagon train has a place, a purpose, and a chance to grow. The Wrangler supports daily operations, learns the ropes alongside the team, and is proudly saving up for a future horse of their own.

Ranch Hands are the backbone of our daily operations. The hardworking crew who keep the outpost running strong. Just as traditional ranch hands tended herds and pitched in wherever needed, our team serves on the front lines of the retail space while also lending their grit to crafting our spices and infusions. Their work keeps Lavoy General Store authentic, efficient, and true to its Western heritage.
